I have recently completed a 10 week challenge at Evolve. I have really enjoyed the support and guidance through this time. Food plan was easy to follow and any questions promptly dealt with by Dave and adjustments given if required. The training was enjoyable as it was very informative and the trainers Luke and Andrea made it fun while ensuring our fitness and strength really improved in this short time. I was able to lose 6kgs in this time so if you are undecided I would really recommend giving Evolve a go.
